After hanging with musical guest Bad Bunny, Bridgerton star Regé-Jean Page considers changing his name to something a bit cooler in the promo for this weekend’s Saturday Night Live.
“I’m Regé-Jean Page and I’m hosting SNL with Bad Bunny,” the hunky star of the hit Shonda Rhimes-produced Netflix drama about Regency-era London says in the preview.
“I think I’m gonna go by ‘Bad Melissa’ now,” jokes castmember and mistress of impressions Melissa Villaseñor.
“Cool, I’m gonna go by ‘Regé-Jean Bunny,” the double-masked actor adds, while looking to the reggaeton star to see if he’s thinking of changing up his name as well. “Bad Bunny is already cool, so I’m gonna keep it,” the “Un Dia” rapper responds.
Saturday night’s (Feb. 20) episode will the both stars’ first appearance on the Studio 8H stage.
Bunny is beaming in to SNL after a history-making 2020, which included the rapper earning his first No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart with El Ultimo Tour Del Mundo, which became the first all-Spanish-language album to reach the peak position in the chart’s 64-year-history.
